About FLCD
The FLCD Story
Our owner, Kyle M. Eakins got his start in the construction industry in Kansas City doing flatwork and gaining experience in various areas of construction. After working in commercial and residential construction for 10+ years, he relocated to Cape Coral, Florida with his family and created Florida Land Clearing & Demolition. The company’s vision is to bring large scale, cutting edge construction technology to a smaller customer-oriented company.
As the owner, Kyle concentrates on performing several specific services at the highest level, to ensure that FLCD is the best in our field. Our services include grading, excavation, material hauling/delivery, concrete demolition, land clearing, construction site cleanup, storm cleanup, and more. FLCD is committed to a culture of jobsite safety, client satisfaction, and transparency. We regularly mandate safety training and education for all employees.
